Advocating for adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health rights, socio-economic empowerment, climate action, harmful gender norms awareness, SGBV prevention, STI and HIV prevention, and mental health.

Youth Empowerment for Safe Futures Organization is a youth and women-led organisation and a brainchild of the CIHEB-Kenya DREAMS initiative. It was formed after successful empowerment interventions built the capacity of adolescent girls and young women to become HIV prevention ambassadors and advocates.

The organisation works to mitigate the triple threats of new HIV infections, post-violence care and unintended pregnancies, while creating demand for biomedical services and socio-economic empowerment opportunities for adolescents and young people in Migori County.

YEFCO is headquartered in Uriri Sub County at the South Kanyamkago Ward Administrator Office and works across Migori County.
