MICCSOF Convenes Capacity-Building Forum for Member Organisations
The Migori County Civil Society Organizations Forum (MICCSOF) brought together leaders from its affiliate community-based organisations for a capacity-building session focused on governance, financial management, and reporting practices.
The forum is central to MICCSOF’s mandate: strengthening the internal systems of member CBOs so they can operate transparently, attract partnerships, and deliver services more effectively across Migori County.
Sessions covered board governance, basic financial record-keeping, and donor compliance requirements. Member organisations were encouraged to apply the practices immediately within their own structures.
MICCSOF will continue to host similar sessions on a regular basis as part of its ongoing support to affiliate organisations.
